Post Mission War Lag Resolved

We have resolved the issue that was causing the server lag after Mission Wars. We appreciate all of those who have reported and we believe that the last patch on 6/10 eradicated the problem. Please let us know if you come across any new bugs. Our Discord channel, tickets, and forum are great platforms to report any issues. Our team is continuing to work to improve the situation, and your support is really important to us. As a thank you for your support and patience, we will be compensating premium purchases as well as all active users as follows.

Compensation:
Premium Service Purchased from May 6 - June 10th
30 days of Premium service which was purchased

Active Users with character over level 100 that played from May 6th - June 10th
14 days of Platinum Premium service

Note: if you qualify for both compensations you will receive your Platinum service automatically after your current Premium service expires.
