Account Transfer Issues

Greetings CABAL Fans,

We would like to advise that some players are experiencing technical issues when using the Account Transfer services available in our Item Shop.

Below, our team has compiled a list of the issues that we are currently working to fix and suggestions on how to resolve them:

NA Account Transfer: Character missing after the transfer is completed.
Course of Action: Please submit us a ticket, our team is assisting all affected users by restoring the missing characters to the destination account.

BR Account Transfer: “The receiver account is a blocked user” error message.
Course of Action: At this time, our team is currently looking to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

BR & EU Account Transfer: “Please extend the slot with related item” & “Character exists in the destination slot” error messages.
Course of Action: Please submit a ticket, our team will provide you with additional steps on a per-case basis and assist you in completing your transfer.

BR Server Transfer: Currently disabled and not available in the Item Shop.

Please note that these issues are rare and only happen to a small fraction of users. As a result, we have decided to keep the Account Transfers available in the Item Shop while our team works towards the solution. We are working hard to fix these issues as soon as possible and help all affected users.
