Dear Nevarethians,

Our support team has noticed an increase in malicious in-game mail sent to players, promoting phishing websites with the intent to steal a player's account information. This notice is to bring you awareness about these malicious attempts. If you receive any of the in-game mail with similar content to the examples represented below, please report them to our staff:

In-game mail with the promise of Free Items, eCoins, Prizes, or Alz.

In-game mail with information regarding abnormal login attempts to your account (security violation).

The above in-game mail content example provides links to phishing websites, which ESTsoft has no association with and does not control.

Although our support team constantly blocks these mail senders and works to remove these phishing websites from the web, CABAL players are ultimately the ones who are responsible for and must work to keep their own account information and data safe.

Please keep in mind that our team will never send to our players in-game mail promising free items, asking for account information verification, or web links of any kind.
