Channel Reduction Issue

Greetings Nevarethians,

We regret to inform you that over the last few weeks, some channels within our game have been disappearing intermittently. We understand the frustration this may have caused and apologize for the inconvenience.

Our team has diagnosed the situation and devised a solution to permanently fix this issue. We anticipate that this process will take approximately 2 months. Rest assured there will be no capacity issues as our team will monitor capacity and increase channel capacity to mitigate any issues with decreased overall channels.
