Inactive Accounts' Characters Removal

Greetings Naverathians,

During our next scheduled server maintenance, on 21/04/2021, our team will be performing an essential data task, which will permanently remove/delete the inactive account's characters that fall under the following category:

Delete Inactive Accounts' Characters if the criterias below are met:
Account's last login date: 31/12/2015
Character Level: 100 and below

Please note that:
- If your account is active and has inactive characters, these characters will not be affected.
- Inactive characters level 101+ will not be deleted, regardless of account activity.
- Accounts will not be deleted, only characters.

FAQ

Q. I have recently played in my account. However, I have many inactive characters in that same account. Will these characters be deleted?
A. No, this action will only affect inactive accounts who have not logged in since 31/12/2015.

Q. What happens to the inactive account after 21/04/2021
A. Only the characters in the account are affected. The account will not be deleted and can still be used in the future.

Q. If I have an inactive account with inactive characters that I wish to keep, what should I do?
A. You can login to the account before the maintenance on 21/04/2021, and your account will become active.

Q. I have an inactive account with high level characters, will my account be affected?
A. If you have any characters level 100 and below, these will be deleted. However, characters level 101+ will not be affected, regardless of account activity.

Q. Will character names become available?
A. Yes, all names of characters deleted will become available.
