Urgent Service Update: NA & BR Servers

We are currently aware of connection issues affecting both the North America (NA) and Brazil (BR) servers. At this time, players are unable to log into the game and cannot access the Item Shop.

Our technical team is actively investigating the root cause and working to deploy a fix as quickly as possible.
