Character Transfer Guide

Greetings Nevarethians,

This guide will help you to transfer characters between accounts from the same server.

Account [A] of Mercury server → Account [B] of Mercury server
Account [A] of Saturn server → Account [B] of Saturn server

IMPORTANT: Accounts must be disconnected for this transfer to work.

The Account Transfer Item can be found in the Item Shop > Premium Service > Character Services

Recipient

The account that will receive that character is the recipient. Read the instructions below and click to confirm you understand the terms of the transfer, then click next.

The recipient must select the server, and the character level, and click to generate a code. This code will be used by the sender to proceed with the transfer.

After clicking on “Generate Code”, the system will take you to the next page, where the process begins for the player who is sending the character.

The code generated will be displayed where the happy face emoji and the green arrow are found. The sender will use this code to send the character to the recipient.
Note: If you want to cancel the transaction, click on the square indicated by the red arrow.

Sender

Read the instructions below and click to confirm that you understand the terms of the transfer, then click next.

Once you confirm that you have read the instructions and clicked next, the system will allow the next steps. Enter your Sub-Password, and click NEXT.

Enter the code sent by the recipient and click next.

After entering the code, the next page will contain the character information that is being sent. The sender needs to wait for the recipient to finish the process on their end.

Recipient

When the sender confirms that they have entered the code and clicked next, press the button (indicated by the red arrow) to refresh the page. Once the page refreshes, it will appear like the image below, where the recipient will choose the new character name and which slot the character will be allocated in. Click NEXT to proceed.

After clicking next, check if all the information is correct.

The last step is to click on Purchase (indicated by the red square).

The system will ask for your confirmation, and you will have to CLICK ON “PURCHASE” AGAIN (indicated by the red square).

Once the item is purchased, a confirmation will be generated and your transfer is complete.

Caution
1. The score and title regarding Mission War will be reset.
2. Transfer is unavailable if the desired character is logged-in.
3. Applied blessing bead effect on the character cannot be transferred.
4. Character receiver should purchase the account transfer item.
5. A character cannot be transferred if there are no empty slots.
6. Character of the test server is not allowed to transfer.
7. If you delete a password before transference ends, you should re-create a password to finish the transfer process.
8. Transfer is completed when you purchase the server transfer item.
9. Cancelation is impossible after the transfer is completed.
10. Honor Level is based on account per server. To transfer Honor Level, use an Honor Medal Seal Chest (obtainable via Item Shop > Consumables > Honor Medal) to seal level from one server. Make sure to transfer Honor Medal Seal Chest along with the character.
11. Collection system is bound to the account per server and will NOT transfer with character.

Restriction
1. The warehouse cannot be transferred.
2. Maximum of 5 billion Alz can be transferred.
3. Buddy list and mail will be reset. In case the character belongs to a guild, he/she will leave the guild.
4. Update regarding some buddy details will proceed on maintenance.
5. Password is valid for 24 hours.
6. Transfer is unavailable if the desired character is logged-in.
7. Password can be issued 10 times per day.
8. Applied blessing bead effect on the character cannot be transferred.
9. In case of the desired character is a guild master he/she has to release the guild or entrust the master authority to another character.
10. Collection system is bound to the account per server and will NOT transfer with character.
