eCoin Refill Page has been Updated!

Greetings Nevarethians,

 

We are excited to announce that we have updated our eCoin Shop UI to a customer friendly format! Now it has never been easier to refill eCoins and to make sure you are refilling in the correct service! Below is a short guide on how to refill eCoins using the new UI.

 

1. Access Ecoin Refill Page

• The new UI shows you to choose which service you wish to refill on and how much.

• There is also a Purchase History available by clicking on the “History” icon in the right hand corner

 

 2. Choosing Payment Method

 

• After selecting the amount of eCoins you wish to refill, click on the “Continue to Payment” Button.

• From here you will be able to choose which type of payment from among the available choices in your selected service.

• After selecting the payment method, please click on the “Pay” Button.

• This will take you to the next page where you can complete your payment.

Notes:
- Choosing a service will result in the eCoins being refilled in the account on that service.

- The “History” Button will show the purchase history of the service selected.

- You cannot refill multiple eCoins in a single transaction. For Example: you cannot refill $150 in one transaction. You must refill $100 and then $50 in separate transactions.
