Greetings Nevarethians,

We have recently identified cases of fake CABAL Support accounts attempting to deceive players into sharing their login credentials. These malicious actors aim to gain access to your account and personal information. To keep your account secure, please review and follow the guidelines below:

How to Protect Your Account

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Activate 2FA on your account for the highest level of security against unauthorized access.

Never Share Your 2FA Code or Login Details
Your verification codes and login credentials should remain private at all times. Do not share them with anyone, even if they claim to be a GM or support staff.

Beware of Fake Reward Messages
PlayThisGame and ESTsoft Inc. will never offer eCoins as an Event Reward or prize through in-game mail or external links. If you receive such a message, report it immediately—it is a phishing attempt.

Official GMs Will Never Contact You About Your Account
Our Game Masters will never request your account details or reach out to you about security issues unless you have submitted a support ticket first.

We Do Not Use Third-Party Messaging Services
Official communication will never occur through Discord, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, tawk.to, or similar platforms.

• If you receive a message claiming to be from CABAL Support on any of these services, do not respond. Block and report the account immediately.
  
  

• The only official communication channel is our Support Ticket System, and only after you initiate the contact.
